Ryan Partelow

Ryan Partelow is a litigation associate in the firm’s New York office. His experience spans a wide array of industries, including financial institutions, agriculture, and consumer products. Ryan has represented a diverse array of clients in all stages of litigation, including trial, as well as in enforcement matters and investigations.

Ryan also maintains an active pro bono practice representing organizations and individuals in civil rights and voting rights impact litigation.

Starting November 1, 2022, New York City employers will be required to post salary ranges on advertisements for internal and external job listings. This new law, which amends Section 8-107 of the New York City Administrative Code, provides that it is an “unlawful discriminatory practice” for employers and employment agencies to list a job, promotion, or transfer opportunity in an advertisement without including the maximum and minimum salary range for the position.
